Foam cored with 3M adhesive New updated latches for all basement doors with stainlesshardware All new trim on outside of RV, PVC marine grade trim and newrubber trim with 3M 4000 marine sealant New roof with underlayment, IB roof systems with nylon weavewill not tear like epdm rubber roofs. Ready for ac and vents to be installed. New Headlights New euro mirrors allow greater visibility directly in frontof RV with downward looking bubble mirror New 20 gallon electric apartment style hot water heater,110v, installed parallel the original 6 gallon tank Fender flares and other vents are included in the sale, theyjust have not been installed I had been restoring this RV and have got the entire outsidewaterproofed and finished other than new paint. I will include the awlcraftmarine paint (white) with the RV if you desire. The interior shows very littlewear, it still has the plastic covers over the lamp shades. Some cabinets werewater damaged in the front and kitchen. They were removed, one undamagedcabinet over the dinette was removed also and lost. This RV has two slideswhich work great, the jacks work well and hold it up on them without leakingdown. The dashboard panel was refinished in macassar ebony and is there justnot installed.
