It’s constructed with a heavy duty I-beam frame, 2″ x 2″ wood framed sidewalls on 16″ centers, 2″ x 3″ floor joist on 10″ centers, one piece 5/8″ floor decking, one piece Beauflor® linoleum, 3/8″ walkable roof decking over 4-1/2″ crowned roof rafters, one piece rubber roof, insulated duct for air conditioning in ceiling and floor ducted heat. Outside you will find a generator compartment, 30 gallon fuel station, fiberglass front cap with docking lights and diamond plate, rear screen enclosure, TV hookup, outside TV mount, outside marine grade speakers, tinted windows, aluminum wheels, power front landing gear, power rear stabilizer jacks, 2 entry doors, 50 amp electric service, front pass-thru compartment and a power awning with LED lighting.
