We bought this camper from Cranky Ape (online auction site) in March of 2021. It was a repo unit. It was dirty and had some slight water damage when we bought it. It never leaked the entire time we lived in it do the previous owners must have done a decent job of waterproofing the roof. We remodeled the camper and my family of 5 with 2 hound dogs lived in it for a year while we built our house. This camper is not perfect by any means, but everything functioned when we moved out of it February 2022, and it was fairly comfortable to live in. I have not and do not intend to hook it up to check functionality. I dont have a truck that I can move it with We lived in the camper for nearly an entire Wyoming winter and stayed warm and mostly unfrozen. After a good cleaning and a little rehab I think this would be a great affordable camper for someone that doesnt mind a little elbow grease. Feel free to ask me any questions.
