The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday. This camper is a 2013 Winnebago Minnie, approx 26ft and the UVW is approx 4880LBS. We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864-245-0730 to text or call the store 864 845 1484. There is roof AC unit that works.The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top function. There is only 1 LP bottle. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system should works. The fridge works. The electric awning works as you can see in the photos but the awning material is the original and really needs to be replaced. The tires have older date codes and should be replaced. The power cord and LP tanks are missing. There are hydraulic jacks. They appear to be remote of key-fob operated. I was unable to find the remote to test the jacks. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:.
