In the 5 years Ive owned her I have kept her meticulously clean, sustained preventative maintenance (including getting inspections and oil changes for the gas engine and gas generator more frequently than even recommended) and made a few upgrades (new Victron inverter, installed air tabs to decrease sway when driving, custom made couch, temperature monitoring system, updated upholstery, removed valiances and installed rods with blackout curtains bedroom rods are handmade Arizona mesquite wood and living space is rustic farm metal style). There is some minor interior damage (shown in the last three photos), yet, there is no water damage, its never been in an accident or required any cosmetic repairs. I am including a few items that I believe should come with the motorhome (and should sweeten the deal) including my car hauler ($2,400+ value I highly recommend keeping your car in shape by not pulling it on the road!), 30 amp surge protector ($200+ value) and tie down straps to fit any vehicle ($70+) among other small items that make her road ready right now (I’ll even leave the last of my pack of RV TP 😉 )! Not to mention your welcome to keep the sewer hose and the black tank cleaners (one attaches to the waste bay to spray up into the black tank and the other is used to insert through the toilet and spray down into the black tank).
