Only 43k miles on a 24ft, powerful Ford E-450 engine.The pictures tell the story. They are from the dealer’s ad when Ipurchased it last June. You must see this one in person to appreciateit. Original furniture was removed. Slide out has a new, supercomfortable, leather-like sofa with a pull out bed. Newtelevision/DVD (have, but not yet installed), upgraded TV antenna.New light fixtures, and a fantastic fan. Nice bathroom with askylight and exhaust fan. Shower has a glass door. Roomy kitchen areathat has a 3 burner home-style, countertop gas range,microwave/convection oven, and a large 2 door refrigerator.Extracomfortable driver and passenger cabin seats. No rips or tears. Thereis also a new radio. Roof and dash air. There is an Onan generator(85 hours). The tires are good, and a spare is mounted on the rearnext to a workshop cabinet with a pegboard for tools, etc. There isalso an awning, plus one more over the slideout, air assistedsuspension, outside shower, 2 outside entertainment connections, 2skylights, and a tow package. Never any smoking or pets inside.Webought this unit because we wanted to travel and visit family andfriends. Unfortunately for us, long term health problems have comeup. We have never taken a trip.
