Completely redone! All new everything. New as in: NEW, never used, brand new. Queen 8 futon mattress never slept on, the sink has never seen a dirty dish new!A little backstory. I am the second owner of this little gem. The original owner used it with his family till 1984. It had been in a garage since then until I found her. I installed all new wood veneer, and while doing so added another circuit breaker, new wiring and insulation throughout. New lighting on dimmers including chandelier, bedroom wall sconce, porch light and crystal kitchen light. The 62 icebox has been replaced with a retro fridge/freezer. Additionally, the kitchen got a full butchers block countertop, farm sink with integrated cutting board, colander and drying rack and a pull down faucet with on-demand water heater and all new plumbing and grey water outlet. Simulated tin backsplash, Retro microwave and toaster compliment the original, propane 3burner range and oven( that works great). The original seating/table area became the den w/ a love seat, chandelier and a fireplace/heater (w/remote). Wrap around, all original, opening, louvered glass windows got new custom screens and double walled retractable blinds. Cedar lined closet, 3 speed reversible ceiling vent, glass tile accents, back window shelf for flowers/herbs, canvass tarp, twin propane cylinders, vintage look outside chairs and table She tows easily behind a small SUV.
