Coachmen Galleria. Model 24T. Mercedes Grey. White Seats. This is a 2016 that I purchased new in February 2020 at beginning of pandemic to use as mobile law office when office building closed. All signage of mobile law office has been removed. Dealer stated unit was used as demo. Carfax indicated unit never titled and had been with dealer since build. RV had 13,000 miles at purchase. All service done at Mercedes dealership under warranty. Records included with vehicle. All recalls done including replacing air bags, wheel speed sensors and fuel system updates. This is all service that has been required. Mercedes has serviced vehicle under new vehicle warranty and has provided extended warranty notices on certain systems, notices included. I have done first oil change. Did B change with all filters at 30,000 miles, instead of A change which does not require filter changes. Computer gives notice 1,000 miles before oil change is needed. No other maintenance has been required. Unit never used as RV, used only to interview clients during pandemic. Office building now reopening. Supplied house eating utensils still in original packaging. All books, operating manuals for stove, micro wave, ref., bath, reclining bed, etc., still in original carrying case. I upgraded TV with one that has CD player, dealer had upgraded radio/stereo with larger screen. Unit has solar panel to charge house battery. I have recently installed new house battery and vehicle battery. No modifications from manufactures specs. Awning has automatic withdrawal in wind, wind pushed awning up and slightly bent cover up during automatic withdrawal, does not affect operation. Have two keys. Front tires will need replacement shortly. COSTCO quotes $540.00 for two installed. Rear step included, is inserted in trailer hitch. I have purchased front, side and rear window privacy shades, $200.00 will be included. I have installed three camera traffic recorder.
