1986 Kings craft 44′ x 15′ houseboat, all aluminum construction, twin Chrysler power, Westerbeke genset, this boat is being sold to settle a debt, clear Ohio title, the marina reserves the right to bid or withdrawal or reject all bids for the item at anytime , this boat took on water at the dock approximately 1 year ago, it was sold “as is” some work had been done to the boat since the incident but no systems have been verified to work or not work, current condition of engines and genset are unknown (no pics because of snow and ice having froze the hatches closed) and no guarantee of seaworthiness, this item is being sold “as is-where is” storage on the marina’s trailer is $50/day starting 5 days within auction closure unless other arrangements have been made with the marina
