Built in 1973 at the Oberon Boatbuilding and Manufacturing yard in Alviso CA by master shipwright Kit Nelson. Located in San Diego. MOORING DOES NOT COME WITH! Boat will have to be moved upon purchase. Inexpensive slips near by in Encinada. She has a 2 stoke air cooled German Sachs 15hp inboard and a Nissan 4 stroke 5hp outboard. Recently purchased and now need to sell. 8 bags of sails, charts on board from recent trip to Mexico Fiji Hawaii and back to San Diego. Hauled out in November 20 with 4 coats of Interlux. Has been cleaned regularly.She is In good shape with solid decks. $1000.00 deposit will need to be made by winning bidder in 24 hrs.
