This is the sunniest, brightest little (33ft) trailer. It has the wrap around windows and the bedroom was originally in the rear. I bought this beauty with the plan to seal it up and modernize it. I was going to install a compost toilet and removed most infrastructure. I threw tons of time and money at it. I sealed every exterior seam I could find, Insulated the floor, cleaned it up… Then I bought a house where I am not allowed to have a trailer of any kind!! I have the title and many of the original parts, lights, rock guards, magazine racks, screens… I would love someone to come claim her and renew her beauty! I have A LOT invested in her, but am happy to sell for 1/2 of that. Please let me know if you have ANY QUESTIONS. I will answer as best as I can, with total honesty. I am open to serious offers. OBO!!
