1986 Soverel 33 good condition, very nice bottom. Too busy with work and I have no more time for this racer. Someone please buy this boat and race the sh*t out of it.I Brought this boat back to life so it can now be seriously raced. Take on that Hobie 33 or the Olson 30 at your Club. Here are some recent fixes:Steaming lights fixed 2022Gear cable replaced 2022New running backs 2021Spreaders replaced 2020lifeline gate clip added 2020 There are still several small tasks left to do but I am no longer able to finish restoring this awesome sailboat. Deck hardware and a stanchion need to be reset to fix leaks. Bottom near prop needs minor epoxy work (see photo). Some minor painting below deck is about all. Cushions are in my garage. Beautiful high performance boat, ready for club racing. Fifty foot rig means lots of sail area. In light or heavy air, this boat is a rocket ship. 100% fresh water use, 2005 Yanmar engine and a large inventory of sails. This boat is now ready to race.Drover Dog has many nice features. A walk through transom, interior with two large quarter berths and two settees, galley sink, spot for a cooler, place for a port potty or head in V berth area. Soverel 33, this is the Ultra Light Displacement Boat that will that will keep you smiling whether you are racing or weekend cruising.Like surfing? This boat does.
