SELLING WITH NO RESERVE!!! ****THIS COACH HAS VERY LIGHT FIRE DAMAGE CONTAINED TO THE WATER BAY AREA AND HOT WATER HEATER IN THE BASEMENT!! NEEDS BLACK TANKS REPLACED, NEW HOT WATER HEATER, AND REDO THE WATER HOOKUP AREA. THIS COACH RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT, AND ALL SYSTEMS WORK PERFECT. THIS COACH HAS A TEXAS CLEAR TITLE BRANDED REBUILT.**** You are bidding on a 2001 Newmar Mountain Aire 4095 (40 footer) with double slide outs and FULL BODY PAINT, all on a heavy-duty Spartan Chassis with air ride suspension and brakes, powered by a Cummins ISC 350 HP Turbo Diesel engine attached to a heavy-duty Allison push button transmission. Complete with Cruise Control, electric mirrors, leveling system, backup camera, and an Onan 7500 watt Diesel Generator that runs perfect with JUST 1,120 hours!! This coach has a full electric main awning! This coach runs and drives PERFECT!! This coach has just 81,863 miles. CONDITION: This coach had a fire start in the basement in the water bay. We think the electric water pump caught on fire. It did not burn long, stayed contain to this area with light smoke in the basement. The hot water heater is burned and needs replaced. Both the black and grey water tanks are melted and need replaced, see pictures below, they are easy to remove (costs around $150 each online). The only wires burned were going to the water pump. That needs replaced and of course you will need to re-work the water hookup, but the pipes are there and are fine at the point which they were cut. The fire DID NOT burn through the floor or out the door or side of the coach. This is a SUPER easy fix. This coach RUNS AND DRIVES, all inside systems have been checked and work! This is a SUPER nice diesel coach with very little damage!!! As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. There are two leather captain chairs and overhead someone added a VERY LARGE flatscreen TV that swings up out of the way to store. Notice the ceramic tile in this area! As you turn around and step into the living room area, on the right is the first large slide out! This houses a large couch followed by the free-standing dinette area. Back to your left is a leather recliner and table followed by the kitchen area complete with solid surface countertops. The kitchen has a separate ULine Ice Maker! Just past the kitchen area on the left is the fridge. Notice the ceramic tile all in this kitchen and into the bath area! There is TONS of storage through this area of the coach! As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is cabinet that has a stacked WASHER/DRYER unit! Just past this is the commode. Back to your right is a LARGE corner shower followed by the sink vanity area again with solid surface countertops!! As you step towards the back of the coach, on the right is the other slide out that houses a queen-sized bed and more cabinets. Across from this is more cabinets/drawers and another TV! Across the back of this coach is a large sliding door closet area and some more cabinets. This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has double roof a/c units. The generator runs perfect, and all systems have been tested and everything works (aside from testing the water system of course; we did blow water through the system to winterize it). This coach has beautiful SOLID hard wood Oak cabinets throughout! Day/Night shades throughout. This is a super nice higher end Newmar product!! This coach runs/drives PERFECT. This coach has TONS of storage and a nice basement!! The exterior of the coach looks great and shiny all over. Two of the right baggage doors middle of the coach have some distortions like an old battle scar, but they open/close just fine. Aside from this obvious damage, we would rate the outside an easy 7+ out of 10! The interior of this coach looks excellent. We rate the inside an easy 7+ out of 10!! This is a super nice coach ready to hit the road, we need it gone ASAP! Many have sold for near 30K. Save a bundle on this coach!
