The roofline sealant surrounded the rear air vent over the bedroom is degraded (regular rain will not cause a water leak here but heavy application of a pressure washer will).The roof is in reasonably good condition (never had water leaks from rain), however there is some wear at roof seam edges.Truck cab (driver dash) A/C needs recharged about once a year (this does not apply to house A/C system).For most optimal battery life before distance travel, new owners should consider replacing house and truck cab 12V batteries.
