We are open M-Thursday 9 to 4 and Friday 9-12. You can view this camper and our other inventory anytime during our business hours. We are always closed on Sunday. We do occasionally work on some Saturdays. Please call on Friday to confirm that we will be open on Saturday typically 10 until 2, if we are open. This camper is a 2010 Keystone Raptor 3812, approx 38ft and the UVW is approx 12370LBS.We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings: Text 864-245-0730 to text or call the store 864 845 1484. There is 2 roof AC unit that work, located in front and middle of unit.The LP system works, we had to check the system with one of our LP bottles since the LP bottles are missing on this camper. The Furnace Heat, Water Heater and Stove top try to function with our LP. The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The water system works. The fridge works. The awning works as you can see in the photos but the awning material is the original and really needs to be replaced. The tires have older date codes. The keys, power cord and LP tanks are missing. We can include an Onan Gerenator for $2k, if purchased for less than $19999. If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos. If you purchase this item on an ebay auction, then the following conditions would apply:. The $500 down payment is due as soon as the auction is over.
