1978 GMC Royale 26ft. with 70k Original Miles Contact Andy (901) 337-7878 Interior The motorhome has been garage kept most of its life and well cared for. The interior of this motorhome is gorgeous! It has solid walnut cabinetry, and custom leather Aztec front seats. This has an awesome layout with a side dry bath and rear convertible dinette. The roof A/C, stove, fridge, furnace, convection microwave, electrical, lighting, lp system, and water system are operational. All windows and vents are operational. The Dometic fridge, stove/oven, and convection microwave were replaced in the last 10 years. There is some areas with peeled wallpaper and there are some stains in the upholstery. Mechanical The motorhome runs and drives great. We just spent over $7k on mechanical repairs. It has brand new tires and a newly rebuilt carburetor by Springfield Ignition. The brakes have been gone through and it has new master cylinder and new brake lines. The wheel bearings have been packed, wipers replaced, dash ac system serviced and charged, new plugs/wires, new air filter, new belt, new valve cover gaskets, and oil change. The oil cooler lines and coolant lines were pressure tested for leaks and none were found. Exterior The paint is original and in good condition. The body is straight with no notable damage. It has new stainless simulators and new tires (not shown in photos). There are no cracks in the glass/windshields. The frame and undercarriage are clean. It has the original luggage carrier on the roof. The lower awning arms aren’t attached in the photos but we will be working on this for the new owner.
