Thanks for looking at our 31 ft. x 8 ft. 2006 Crossroads Bel Air camper trailer. We are the second owner and we know the original owner that only used it a couple times. We used it about ten times. There are some minor issues but everything works and is in good condition. Central AC, heat and fan. Comes with a heavy duty hitch and sway bars not pictured. It has dry rot on tires, it should have new ceiling vents (2), and there is a hole in the front that was repaired. It does not leak and has had recent new flooring and floor vents. I can send more pictures. Ready to camp in. It has been a great camper and we already miss it. We are not using it so it is best to go to a good home were it can be enjoyed.
