For sale is 2019 Recreation By Design Monte Carlo Platinum Edition Signature Series Fifth Wheel Trailer. Trailer is set up for full time living with residential fridge, water heater and stove. It is 44 feet long, with 5 slide outs and GVWR 18,000. This trailer features large living area with TV area, large sofa and fire place, dinete booth that converts into bed, and two recliners. Trailer has electric awning with LED lighting, wood interior and much more. Master suite in the front with walk-around Queen bed, Its own TV area, Large closet. The full bathroom has a spacious shower/tub and laundry washer and dryer. In the rear bedroom is two single beds. Please see over over 150 pictures below. The trailer has a Montana Salvage Title due to front compartment water damage. It appears there was an unatended leak. All storage compartment floor was replaced and new vinyl installed. Trailer also some cosmetic damages. Please see pictures of damages. Trailer was towed from Montana to California, and is road worthy with all of the appliances and mechanicals in working order.
