This boat was designed by the famous Seattle-based naval architectRobert Perry. To this day, he still considers this boat one of his favorite designs.Everything works and you can begin your sailing adventure right away. This boatwas meticulously maintained by the original owner from day one up until thisyear. The engine runs great and has very low hours. The woodwork in theinterior is in pristine condition. The mainsail and roller furling genoa areolder, but in good condition. Above all, the boat is clean, fit and ready for asummer of sailing! Here are a few more details about the boat: 1. The boat has tiller steering. (Many preferthis for getting the best feel of how the boat is tracking.) 2. It comes with an auto-piolet that connects tothe tiller. It also comes with a newer VHS emergency radio and an older depthsounder (fully functional). There is a mount in the cockpit to hold an iPad ortelephone for charts, weather info, etc. 3. It has an inboard gasoline motor in good condition with lowhours. (Numerous spare parts are included.) 4. It has space for two 12 volt batteries, onebattery in good condition is included with the sale. 5. It sleeps up to five, with a V berth in thebow, a fold-down double birth in the cabin and a long (“torpedo tube”) side berthalong the starboard side. 6.
