Clean title, in hand. Second owner. Ive had it for roughly 4 years. Pictures from June 2022 (this last week). I made sure everythings in good working order and clean. Theres a little give on the inside panel of the bottom-left bunk, about the size of a playing card. The wall is still intact and functional. As noted above, entire roof was resealed last year, including this leak.Theres a hole about the size of a baseball at the bottom of bathroom door. The previous owner did it, and I have no idea how it happened. Doesnt compromise privacy.Previous owners cat put some kneading holes on some cushions. Still functional when turned, as pictured. Right-side arm of the couch got the worst, but I put a convenient little wooden drink rest over it, also pictured.
