Selling this amazing cheoy lee lion 35 classic sailboat that has been garage kept every winter for the last 24 years and lightly used every summer. I am the third owner but unfortunately can no longer spend summers in New England and must sell. She has the original Atomic 4 motor that starts instantly runs flawlessly and sails like a dream with only 62 hours on a rebuild that was completed 8 years ago. There is a main sail,a jib and a storm sail in fair condition. There are 2 bildge pumps and the stuffing box is in very good shape. Launch fee is included and you can sail her away worry free.
