Bought this to redo, got the walls and floor done but dont have time to finish the inside. Nice blank slate to do as you like. All new interior plywood, rebuilt wall framing, new insulation – 1 1/2″ foam board in the walls and pink fiberglass in the ceiling. Door and windows were disassembled and cleaned right. There was some damage on the drivers side as you can see in the pictures, all this has been repaired. I never did get a title so you will need to take care of this in your state. The camper is 12 ft long and the tongue to the bumper is 15 ft. All new wiring and all the lights work. The camper is located in Fruita CO just off of Interstate 70 near Grand Junction
