This custom fabricated truck camper was over built to be able to survive any situation. The frame is built from .125 thick aluminum tube that was TIG welded with many gussets for strength. The .063 aluminum skin is well over twice the thickness as other truck campers. The tie down areas are made from lots of 3/16 inch thick steel to assure they will never fail no matter what. The interior walls are made of real exterior grade plywood which can be stained or painted as you desire. All seams were caulked with 3M marine sealant and roof is also sealed using Eternabond tape. 8 gal. black tank, 24 gallon grey tank, 30 gal. fresh water tank.
