Please read entire auction description and link provided for Lots more pictures. 1999 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 32CG. v-10 Gas Motor 94,922 miles This coach is built extremely well. This coach is Aluminum skin (no de-lamination to worry about) on aluminum frame, Aluminum roof. Fiberglass Front and rear cap. **** **** The Good: Motor runs good. Transmission shifts good. Brakes stop good, new front rotors and pads last year. Dash A/C works. All day/night shades work. Onan Generator runs good. 287 hrs. All furniture and upholstery are original and in good shape. Roof is solid with no signs of leaks. Steering Stabilizer installed 2018. Replaced bushings on rear stabilizer bar 2018. New Chassis Battery this year. Tires were put on and are dot dated 2017, they have less than 2000 miles on them. Manual Hydraulic Leveling Jacks (4 PT.) work. Back up camera works. Fantastic fan in kitchen/dinning area works. Coating added on inside of skylight to reduce heat in bathroom and for my mom. Lots of storage for a smaller motor home. Rear A/c works and cools the coach just fine. Furnace works good. Water heater works good. All awnings work, no tears. Awnings on All Windows. New curtains inside windshield. The not so good, none affect use of coach: There was a leak or spill at one time in bathroom lower cabinet by toilet/sink area, it was there when purchased. Dry and no sign of water since my dad has had it.(in photos) There was a leak at some point from under refrigerator/water heater area that stained the tile, it was there when purchased. Floor is solid (in photos) Small stain on recliner on seat near backrest.(in photos) Small tear in back side of dinette near entrance door appx 2″, was there when purchased. (in photos) Stain from some kind of cleaner on outside drivers side rear of coach.(in photos) Touch up spot above drivers side rear wheel well (there when purchased, in photos) The Outside of RV needs to be washed and cleaned, as well as the roof. Bathroom exhaust fan needs new switch. Rear A/C cover on roof has some cracking. Emission hoses on motor replaced last year due to check engine light was on, light still on. Does not effect running of motor at all. Front roof A/c does not work all the time, not sure why, previous owner replaced this A/C unit just before my dad purchased it.. But rear works fine and cools coach good since it is ducted throughout the coach. Refrigerator needs to be reset after setting without use, but then works fine. Sometimes main awning needs a little help going back into storage position. I am sure I probably missed some small bumps or bruises, so included link to lots of photos. We drive it local every other week to keep things moving. My parents purchased coach to take a trip out west, but due to unexpected health issues they can’t now.This is the ONLY reason for selling. We are still cleaning out coach, any personal belongings in photos do not go with coach. Overall this is a solid coach. I have described the coach to the best of my ability, Please ask all questions before bidding. Coach is sold As Is Where Is. Cash payment only. Please remember it is 23 years old so it has a few bumps and bruises but still an overall solid coach. Coach will need to be paid in full and picked up within 7 days of auction ending.
