My kids have decided I have reached an age where I should not be traveling alone any longer so I am selling my âHome Away From Homeâ. My 1990 Toyota Dolphin with 82,626 miles. I purchased it several years ago, it had been neglected and was leaking which took awhile to figure out but it is currently water free. It has 2 new front tires and has dual wheels on the back and there are 6 lugs. All new updated plumbing including a new toilet and all new faucets. I replaced the carpet in the living area with vinyl wood look flooring. The front seats have new seat covers and I covered the back seats with slip covers so they can be washed. The walls have been covered with a peel & stick subway tile. I recently had the gas and vent lines checked, cleaned and sucked up by a professional RV garage. Because the gas line is in the rear and the gas line is so flat the gas has to be added by hand, you cannot set the pump to auto fill, the new pumps are just too fast for the older gas line. Yesterday I replaced the vent covers. The stereo system has been replaced with a CD player and a USB port. It has tons of storage, all the appliances are in working order and is very comfortable. The furnace is 16,000 BTU forced air w/ thermostat. I have always used the overhead bed and left the rear bed area for dining and visiting however it will sleep 4 very comfortably. While traveling the front air conditioner keeps us (my 2 chihuahuaâs and I) very cool. 3 1/2 years ago I moved from Montana to Oklahoma and lived in my little RV until I purchased a new home. My RV has been sheltered under a canopy since my move. We have traveled back to Montana several times as well as to North Carolina and through the Blue Ridge Mountains, the power has never been an issue! I did cover all of the outside seams with flex tape, the seams are loose in a few places and the rubber on the seams are cracking, 30 year old rubber does that. I have also resealed the top seams. I do not want to mislead anyone, it is not perfect and could still use a little love and care on the body. If you are not looking for perfect and just want a fun, comfortable, dependable RV that drives beautifully please consider my Dolphin. Title in hand, registered in Oklahoma.
