Good brakes, batteries & tires. Clean inside. New flooring throughout. Rearcamera. Includes 1 television that wemoved from front to back. Currently Covered & winterized. Cover included. Ceiling fabric was coming down due to weight of fabric. Some spots have been glued back up. Owned for 2 years. We have only used a few times. We purchased to take to campgrounds. Went a few times to a campground in SouthNew Jersey. Our grandson loved thecampground so much, that we decided to purchase a park model trailer in thecampground.
