1996 38ft Newmar Mountain Aire with a super slide. Ford V8 Gas Big Block w/Banks Power Bank. We are the second owners and have enjoyed it! Original owner put together a great manual that has instructions for running everything. Light and bright colors on inside and has been stored inside for last 13 years by non smoking owners. Will include dishes, towels, sheets, etc. We had a manual awning installed after we purchased it. Known issues are faded vinyl decals due to being stored outside by previous owners, washer/dryer combo was removed & is now a pantry, fridge doesn’t work when moving but works great once plugged in to electric, carpet has some minor staining/tracking, recliner in living room doesn’t fully recline (but works great as a chair), power steering needs maintenance and right front leveling jack works but leaks hydraulic fluid. We drove this unit 7 hours recently and had no problems. Toyo tires have less than 2,000 miles on them. Selling due to not using it and it takes up a lot of space in our shop!
