Air brakes have a new console controller , Currently has only 98,000 miles . 8 to 12 MPG. We drove 55. Slow lane The motor starts and run s effortlessly as it should with low miles and ready to drive anywhere in United States. 6 speed-push button Allison the same. Generator has been serviced with new fuel pump and filters- oil etc. and fires right up . AIR CONDITIONERS BLOW COLD…. Tires are showing at least 95 % tread life left. You can lose a quarter in the tread, ALCOA RIMS in excellent condition. There are 4 BRAND NEW BATTERIES. . All the windows and screens- cranks are in tack and functioning. The propane has not been tested lately because we were in park and used the electrical outlets for 4 eye burner . The water tanks have been drained . The clearcoat on the paint is showing age at random areas The plumbing system is in tact and does function properly . The roof has been gently power washed and sealed. There are too many factory options to list. The propane gauge shows 3/4 full and I do not see why it would not function properly. I HAVE SOME RECEIPTS AS SHOWN— TOTALING APPROX. 10,000.00 .
