1968 TEPEE Vintage travel trailer. Broken Arrow Mobile home Manufacturing Co.Broken Arrow Oklahoma Complete frame off restoration. Camper was completely disassembled down to the frame. Frame was cleaned and undercoated. New tires and rims were installed. New treated floor joist with 3/4″ flooring ( sealed underneath as well ). In short Everything from the frame up is new. All birch interior. Charcoal boomerang counter and backsplash. Front sleeping area, collapsible dinette, overhead storage, booth storage, closet, overhead cabinets and cargo storage. Original floor plan with several upgrades. 16 gallon fresh water holding tank with 12v pump. City water hook up. Black and grey water drains. Bathroom. 30 amp 110v converter, Fridge, Microwave, A/C. Three 110v interior outlets, Exterior outlet, 12v battery charging circuit. 12v power outlet, USB charger, Digital battery meter, 12v deep cycle battery, LED lighting Exterior is all original siding, door, awning and windows. Original roof was cleaned and coated 2X with Elastomeric roof coating sealant. ( Not the cheep stuff ). New front jack and rear stabilizer jacks. I have complete photos of build, before during and finished. Marker light lenses, sink faucet, fresh water tank drain valve, will be in next week and installed. I made some custom decals for the camper and/or can change them to your liking. There are no cushions, mattress or curtains included, I left some thing for the new owner to personalize.
