Water system was pressurized and all the electrical things were in working order ( refrigerator AC microwave ) Generator has only 300 hours starts and runsThis unit has been winterizedSleeps 6 , 2 on forward bed ,2 on fold down dinette , 2 on bunks. The interior as you can see by the pictures looks great ! ! cushions, carpeting, flooring . No signs of smoking or pet smells, ceilings and floor all solid. .Did not see any leaks , The outside of the RV also looks great as you can see by the pictures as well ,The awning is in good shape .The roof and rest of the exterior in good condition .
